I have been assigned for the recruiting and Training of new and old hotel workers this season to join our hotel by the Hotel proprietor. Thanks for your qualification identification documents (CV). we have gone through it. And like we said, we want very serious God fearing faithful workers to join us in our hotel here in Miami USA (Regency Hotel). So you are to come and work here in America. But before we continue any further, we will like to carry out this interview with you which after, we shall provide you with the list of the various positions available at our Hotel which you shall be the one to chose the best suitable position you can handle to your ability. We know some of these questions may not be job related questions but we plead to your understanding that we have a reason for asking. So please provide answers to below questions. 1) Are you a Christian or Muslim?(what is your faith?) 2) Do you have faith in God? 3) How old are you now? 4) Are you a racist? 5) Do you smoke or take any kind of drugs? or have you taken any kind of drugs before in your life? 6) Do you drink, or take excess alcohol? 7) can you drive(car,bike,truck)? 8) what are your likes and dislikes? (hobbies) 9) Tell us the position you wish to handle in our hotel. (that which you can best handle) 10)Are you sure you are the right person for this job and you are very serious to join us and handle your work with lots of care and contribute to the growth of our organization with your skills? 11) How many years of experienced do you have for the chosen job above? 12) Have you Been to the United states Before? 13) Are you currency employed? 14) Have you ever applied to work in USA 15) And lastly, how soon do you think you can join us? because we are ready to see that you join us within any moment from now since processing your traveling documents won't take us much time due to the position of our proprietor who works at the US embassy. Please we will like honest and sincere answers for the question above, I hope you understand why we are doing this because we are looking for the best and not only that, also applicants who belief and trust in God to come and join us because The Regency Hotel is well known for its high religious possession and hospitality here in the states and beyond. So that is why we need serious,honest,faithful and hard working worthy applicants that we can trust to join us in managing our organization.
