Compliments of the day, I would
love to fully explain the situation as we proceed this way we fully understand,
as I mentioned earlier I have been delegated to source for qualified personnel
and as such I am acting as a freelance recruiter for most companies. The company I am presently
contacting you on their behalf has already been fully committed to establish in
the UAE by February 2017 and has the need to recruit upfront all required
workers, It has already budgeted a sum
of 10 million USD for this purpose and all negotiations towards this have been
set in place. This being said and understood I
will meet with you in person after the executives have seen and reviewed your
CV and given the green light that they would be interested in employing your
services. I in my capacity as a free-lance consultant charges a flat and
non-negotiable onetime fee of (1,500AED,) this will be paid by you only after
you have received your employment offer confirmation letter.
Payments will be either in person
or through my bank account if these conditions are acceptable kindly revert to
